Local wildlife is abundant, with swans, spoonbilled egrets, ducks, moorhens, and the occasional pelican making an appearance. Kangaroos are frequent visitors at dusk and dawn, adding to the serene, quintessentially Australian atmosphere.

Accommodation consists of three queen bedrooms, a king (or two king singles) bedroom and a very large king master bedroom with a king-size sofa bed and private ensuite. For added flexibility, the cinema room can be converted into a sixth queen bedroom using a large Koala sofa bed to comfortably host additional guests.

You can walk to The Farm, home to 4 Pines Brewery, and Andrew Thomas Cellar Door and you're just a short distance from some of the Hunter Valley’s most iconic wineries and restaurants including Piggs Peake, Yellow Billy, Tintilla, McCaffrey’s Estate, Mercer Wines, Keith Tulloch, Hunter’s Dream, Glandore Estate, Oakvale, De Iuliis, Peter Drayton Wines and Brewhouse, Leogate, Tyrrell’s and also the Enzo wedding space. For those who enjoy spirits, The Hunter Distillery is also nearby.

This exceptional fully air-conditioned property features beautifully landscaped gardens with unique external art pieces and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. It includes five to six spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a variety of entertainment spaces. With a stunning refreshing pool and flame gas open fire, The Mistletoe Lake House will suit every mood, occasion and season.
