Olive Ridge Lodge forms part of a larger private Hunter Valley estate, yet enjoys its own completely separate and private setting away from the estate’s other residence. Guests have their own space to relax and enjoy the beautiful rural surroundings, with a wonderful sense of privacy and seclusion. With countryside views, air conditioning throughout and plenty of room to relax both indoors and out, the Lodge is an ideal base for families and groups of friends looking for a relaxed Hunter Valley getaway.

The Space

Warm, comfortable and full of retro character, Olive Ridge Lodge has the welcoming feel of a genuine country escape. The Lodge features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine, and comfortable living spaces designed for guests to settle in and enjoy their time together. Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide year-round comfort, whether you’re visiting for a summer wine weekend, a concert, or a cosy winter escape.

Step outside to the multiple outdoor entertaining areas, pour a glass of local wine, and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding countryside and olive groves. The estate is also home to an abundance of local wildlife. Kangaroos, possums and native birds are regular visitors, adding to the wonderful feeling of being immersed in the Hunter Valley countryside. And for the early risers, you may be lucky enough to see hot-air balloons drifting silently across the countryside in the morning light – a magical way to start the day. While wonderfully peaceful and private, Olive Ridge Lodge is conveniently located for exploring the Hunter Valley’s renowned wineries, cellar doors, restaurants, wedding venues, golf courses, and concert venues

Bedding Configuration

Olive Ridge Lodge accommodates up to 13 guests across four bedrooms:

Olive View Loft room: Queen bed + 3 single beds;

Mountain View Loft Room: Queen bed + 2 single beds;

The Cosy: Queen bed;

The Snug: Queen bed
